Directions

From Buffalo, Rochester and points west:

  • Exit the New York State Thruway at Exit 44.
  • Head south on State Rt 332 a distance of 9.6 miles until it ends at a stoplight at the Route 5 and 20 intersection.
  • Turn left traveling eastbound on Route 5 and 20 a distance of 1.25 miles at a stoplight at the State Rt 364 intersection.
  • Turn Right onto State Rt 364 southbound.
  • Follow local signage for your preferred Parking Lot (General Parking or VIP Parking).

Alternate "time-saver" directions from Rochester, Buffalo and points west:

  • Exit the New York State Thruway at Exit 43/Manchester.
  • Turn Right at the end of the off ramp onto State Rt 21.
  • Travel south a distance of 5.3 miles on State Rt 21.
  • Turn left onto County Road 22, traveling southeast a distance of 0.4 miles to a stop sign at the end of County Road 22.
  • Turn left onto County Road 4 traveling east a distance of 0.2 miles.
  • Turn right onto County Road 10, travelling south a distance of 1.9 miles to a stoplight at the Route 5 and 20 intersection.
  • Turn right onto Route 5 and 20 heading west for 0.25 miles.
  • Turn left onto State Rt. 364, following signs to your preferred parking lot (General Parking or VIP Parking).

From Syracuse, Albany and points east:

  • Exit the New York State Thruway at Exit 43.
  • Turn Right at the end of the off ramp onto State Rt 21.

Rules


  • NO FOOD OR BEVERAGE MAY BE CARRIED INTO THE VENUE.
  • TICKETS MUST BE PRINTED. Tickets presented on cell phones will NOT permit access into the venue.
  • Each person is allowed to bring in 1 sealed water bottle (good for all shows)
  • CMAC Concerts take place rain or shine!
  • "Tailgating" is strictly prohibited.
  • Please leave the following items at home:

    • Disposable plastic and metal containers
    • Fireworks

  • Per New York State Law:
    • Alcohol may not be brought into CMAC (beer and wine will be available for purchase in designated areas).
    • Picture ID is required for all beverage alcoholic purchases
  • All guests will be subject for search prior to entering the CMAC venue.
  • Ground rules are subject to change.
  • HELPFUL HINTS while at CMAC
    • Parking lots open 2 hours prior to start of event.
    • Gates open 1 hours prior to start of event.
    • For all RPO performances, gates open 1 1/2 hours prior to start of performance. For more information on the RPO, click here.
    • There are no public announcements made during CMAC performances. If you need to contact or locate someone please make sure you know your party’s seat location.
    • If someone has a medical emergency or requires special attention:
      • Seek CMAC security
      • Locate CMAC medical staff on South side of shell near concessions tent
    • Camping on CMAC grounds is prohibited.

    FAQ for CMAC

    What may I bring to the concert?

    Where is beverage alcohol served?
    Beverage alcohol is served in the grounds of the venue. No tailgating is allowed in the parking lots prior to or following a concert.

    Where is parking located and what time do lots open?
    Two on-site parking lots are available for CMAC events. Both lots (the General Parking lot and the VIP Parking lot) open two hours prior to the show. Click here for directions. For shuttle service parking, please click here.

    Can I buy a parking spot in advance?
    All parking is available day of show. General Parking is available for $10, and VIP Parking is available for $20.

    Offsite Parking available at Raymour & Flanigan Plaza, and Parkway Plaza Lots for all shows. Shuttle service may be available for large shows.

    When does the Box Office Open?
    The general CMAC Box Office, located in the general parking lot, opens at noon on show days. The VIP box off opens 1 hour prior to the start of the show.

    Where is Will Call?
    Will Call is located at both CMAC box offices. Please bring the original credit card used to purchase the tickets and a valid ID.

    What happens if it rains?
    All shows will go on rain or shine. No refunds will be given in the event of rain.

    What concessions are available at CMAC?
    An assortment of snacks and food vendors are available for the 2013 season. Click here to see what concessions are offered.

    Are children admitted free to all events?
    Children older than 2 must be ticketed.

    Where is the lost and found located?
    Lost and found is located at the Canandaigua Chamber of Commerce.
